First annual HFM's Quick NFL Picks! This weekend will be the start of the 2010 NFL Playoffs! It's Wild Card Weekend. Expect a combination of great and not-so great matchups. Had to make hard predictions but I'll stick to these.
Saints over Seahawks 27-10
The defended champs will face a sorry Seattle team who barely made the playoffs with their terrible record. Easiest prediction here. Honestly if ya asked me, I would rather see Sam Bradford vs Drew Brees match up instead of Brees and... who? I'm not even sure who's their qb. Is it still Hasselback?
Colts over Jets 17-13
Will be a close game but experience wins this game. Mannings support cast will be just enough to get away with the W. Colts are the winners of their last 4 while Jets "tripped" their way into the postseason. Not to mention the Colts will have some of their key players back. Manning will have his game face on for this one. Rex Ryan should just keep his mouth shut. =x
Ravens over Chiefs 24-7
Like I posted earlier, the west divisions in the NFL are weak. Ok maybe I said Seattle is weak but Chiefs are slightly better than the Seahawks. Ravens up for an easy win. Why? A young Chiefs team and an inexperience coach. The Ravens' defense will be strong enough to control the game towards their favor. Flacco > Cassel... Enough said.
-----Game of the week-----
Packers over Eagles 27-24
Although I'm really feeling Vicks' breakout year I doubt it will be enough to stop Rodgers offense. That's if it isn't like last week verses the Bears do or die game. Thirteen total pts that Cheese heads put up for their make or break game. This week is different, believe me. Make sure to spot for Clay Matthews and Deshaun Jackson to have tremendous games! Oh and can't forget about Jennings. I may be a little biases here because I predicted the Packers to win it all in the beginning of the season but I'm real impress with Vick and the Eagles. Really hope this would of been the NFC championship game.
